SHIPPING POLICY

Our plant babes and their pots are delicate creatures. As such, we have chosen a wonderful delivery partner who will hand deliver your plant straight from the Captain Monstera plant studio. Deliveries are done every THURSDAY OR FRIDAY and you must provide an address where the plant can either be accepted by person or left in a safe place.

 

Unfortunately, if there is no one to accept the delivery or there is no safe place to leave your plant, it will need to be re-delivered for an additional cost equal to your original shipping fee.

If you are looking for an urgent delivery (last minute gift?!) - never fear, we can arrange this for you!

Express delivery (2-4 days) is available!

The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Our beautiful plants are hand picked by us for their superior quality, ensuing that they have the best chance to live a long and happy life with you in their new home. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. In the very unlikely event that your plant or pot arrives to you damaged, then please contact us ASAP so we can help resolve the situation for you.
