Can I have my ‘indoor’ plant outside?


Yes you can! As long as the plant is in bright indirect light undercover. No direct sun!




Can you deliver in a hurry?


Yes, we can do a quick delivery just let us know by emailing us hello@captainmonstera.com.au




Can you deliver outside of Sydney?


Yes, we can. Just provide us with your post code and we can get you a quote.




What happens if my plant goes to plantie heaven?


Unfortunately once we hand over the plant it’s in your hands. We are more than happy to provide you with advice along the way!.




Can you offer styling advice on where to put my plant in my home?


We sure can! We offer a great plant styling service where we can come to your house or work with you off photos of your space. Get in touch to hear more about our fee structure.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?


Please try to provide an address where someone can receive your plant or where it can be left in a safe, shady spot. If none of these are possible, then unfortunately we will need to arrange for a re-delivery for $15. We deliver on Thursdays and Fridays.




What is the quality of your plants?


Our plants are all hand picked by us at a family run nursery in Sydney. All plants are grown in Australia.




Do you have any easy care plants for a beginner or someone with not a very good plant track record?


Yes, all of our plants are classified in the easy care category.




Can I add a gift card?


You sure can! Just add a note in the Notes section of the shopping cart and we will ensure your card is popped in with your plant.
